Bright Red Rocket and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at brightredrocket.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

PRIVACY

Bright Red Rocket values your privacy. Gosh darn it, we value ours, too. And we despise knowing that every time we order out for a pizza our name and address will be sold to people who call us incessantly about political things and other dirty money-grubbing concerns. That is why we will not do that to you. Face it, you are a weirdo or you would not be here. Would we do well in this life irritating OUR KIND OF PEOPLE? No. That would suck for us and we would have even fewer friends. So we keep your info, but we never let it out. We keep it in a little box and is made quite comfortable. We may use it – notably to come over to your house while you are sleeping, enter silently, and then – by painless but fairly creepy surgery – implant machinery into the base of your skull. But that is all – no spams, no junk mail, and certainly no political phone calls.

SHIPPING

Bright Red Rocket values your business. Therefore we ship orders as soon as they are entered. Orders are shipped first class US Mail within the U.S. and should arrive within 4 working days. International orders may inquire as to the cost of shipping. It is certainly possible that our automated system will calculate shipping or handling at an unreasonable cost. Please inquire at sales [at] brightredrocket [dot] com for any issues that may arise.

RETURN POLICY

In the event that an item has been shipped to you in a damaged condition, we will be happy to exchange a new one at no extra charge. We will ask that you send the damaged item back to us, at your own initial expense; we will be happy to refund that amount to you when the item is returned.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Bright Red Rocket are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Bright Red Rocket and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Bright Red Rocket does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Bright Red Rocket itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DISPUTES
